The Annual Club Assembly was held on Thursday 30th June 2022 at 19:30.
Mission statements from the President and Committee Chairmen were circulated in advance and Chairmen were able to take questions from members and our visiting Assistant District Governor

- Junior Vice President 2019/20 – Position vacant.
- Secretary 2022/23 – Rtn. PP Jonathan Wright PHF
- Treasurer 2022/23 – Rtn. PP Trevor Sparks PHF
- Committee Chairmen and Ordinary Council members were announced by the incoming President. Details on Council members page
- Rtns. PP Keith Hockridge PHF and PP John Cavanna PHF were confirmed as Financial Examiners for 2020/21.
These appointments were agreed unanimously. In accordance with normal Club practice, incoming President Paul-Fraser Williams and Hon. Secretary Rtn. PP Jonathan Wright were appointed as District Council Representatives.
