Start – Frinton Cricket Club, into Ashlyn’s Road

Turn right into Second Avenue (Keep left)

Turn left at end onto Esplanade (Keep left) & right onto boat slipway 

Turn left onto promenade towards Walton-on-the-Naze

Continue along Southcliff Promenade, Pier Approach, stay on promenade as it rises to The Parade by The Albion, follow onto Princes Esplanade keeping right, cross to left hand side at Bath House Meadow, 

Continue along Hall Lane, Naze Park Road & Old Hall Lane to Naze Tower Car Park

Turn right into Sunny Point

Turn left onto Naze Park Road

Turn left onto pathway through to Cliff Parade/continue along footpath to East Terrace, and rejoin Princes Esplanade

Follow route back via The Parade, Pier Approach and Southcliff Promenade to beach hut 118A (painted bright red)

Turn right then left onto pathway behind hut/onto promenade at The Wailings to Clacton Sailing Club/return on lower path/roadway to Golf Club at end of The Wailings

Turn left onto path past toilets

Turn diagonally right onto The Esplanade (Keep left)

Turn left into Fourth Ave to the top (Keep left) then turn left into Ashlyns Road/follow to end/turn diagonally right into Cricket Club lane & finish!! Total 13.1m.

The route will of course be signposted in addition to Marshalls and Water Stations along the way.

Prizes 1st overall, 1st place for men in each category, 1st place for women in each category.

All finishers will receive a medal
